Shipping, Delivery & Return

Hello Ofilia’s friends, we ship worldwide here is how:

Shipping in Greece and abroad

Shipment of products is made by  geniki taxydromiki courier service or by dhl for international orders, ensuring advantageous rates for  and safe transportation of goods.

Besides weekend and holidays yοur orders will be shipped within the day of ordering. Some orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process, due to heavy workload. We always use standard shipping.

We ship orders to all EU countries, US states and territories, as well as all other countries.

Shipping

For Ofilias shipments, delivery and costs apply as follows:

Free delivery is possible for orders above 50,00€ for Greece

Attica district delivery takes 1-2 working days and transportation costs up to 2 kg packages by courier are 4,00€. For every extra kilo you will be charged with 1,00€ more.

For the rest of Greece delivery takes 2-3 working days and transportation costs up to 2 kg packages by courier are 7,00€.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Free delivery is possible for orders above 100,00€ for international shipments

For Europe and Cyprus delivery takes 3-5 working days and transportation costs up to 1 kg packages are 15,00€. For every extra kilo you will be charged with 5,00€ more.

Shipping Status

You will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you that the order has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number and a URL to check the status of your order. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.
Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are in the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Ofilia’s wants nothing more but than our customers to feel satisfied with their orders. If for any reason there is a problem with your order, we will happily figure a way to satisfy you.

Please note that all exchanges and returns can only be processed for products 

  • unused
  • returned to us within 7 days
  • in its original packaging, with all labels and tags attached
  • in sale-able condition

Returns

Orders from Greece: orders must be returned within 7 days from the day they were received. Please inform us with an e-mail at customercare@ofilias.com or contact us at 2155051280

International Orders: In case you require returning a purchased product from international countries please contact us through email at customercare@ofilias.com and return the product within 14 days from receiving the original order through postal service

(*Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs (yet! We’re trying really hard to offer the best service we can according to our size). Courier expenses, customs and any other costs that might occur for the returned product are payable by the customer*

**Note:

Sales Section Products bought from our e-shop are not refundable and can only be exchanged with other products on sale.  Customer is responsible for covering any difference in prices between the two products.

Exchange Policy:

We will happily exchange your unworn, unwashed and unaltered clothing within 7 (seven) working days of receipt (Orders from Greece), within 14 (fourteen) working days of receipt (International Orders). Exchanges can be made for a different size, different variation request*, or another product of equal or greater value** than the one originally purchased.
*Courier expenses, customs and any other costs that might occur for the returned product are payable by the customer*

Refund Policy:

In case you would like to return an order at our offices and receive a refund please do so within 7 days (Orders from Greece), 14 days (International Orders) from the day you purchased the product
**Interbank transaction costs are equally divided between the customer and the company

**Note:

Products bought from our e-shop and are on sale are not refundable and can only be exchanged with other products on sale. Customer is responsible for covering any difference in prices between the two products.

In the rare case that Ofilia’s sends an incorrect order or defective item, we will assume full responsibility for the replacement and delivery of the correct product to the customer in a timely manner.
