We are a small independent brand, and we do our very best to offer you a smooth, safe and affordable shopping experience. Every order means a lot to us, and we take great care in preparing and shipping your pieces.
Shipping in Greece and Abroad
Orders are shipped via Geniki Taxydromiki (within Greece) or DHL / UPS (for international shipments), always aiming for reliable and safe delivery.
Except for weekends and public holidays, your orders are usually shipped the same day. In some cases, processing may take 24–48 hours due to workload.
We ship to all EU countries, the US, and most international destinations.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Greece
- Free shipping for orders above €100
- Attica: Delivery in 1–2 working days. Shipping cost up to 2 kg: €6. Each additional kilo: +€1.
- Rest of Greece: Delivery in 2–3 working days. Shipping cost up to 2 kg: €9.
International
- Free shipping for orders above €250
- Standard shipping cost for parcels up to 2 kg: €35
- Delivery times vary depending on destination (usually 3–7 working days).
Customs, duties, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Status
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your shipment
- Separate notification if any items are backordered or cancelled
Returns & Exchanges
At Ofilias, we want you to feel happy and comfortable with your purchase. If something is not right, we will do our best to find a solution together.
Please note: all returns and exchanges are accepted only if the products are:
- Unused and unworn
- Returned within the allowed time frame
- In their original packaging, with all labels and tags attached
- In saleable condition
Returns
- Greece: Orders must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please notify us at customercare@ofilias.com or call +30 215 5051280.
- International: Orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us at customercare@ofilias.com and send the return via postal service.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs (yet! We’re trying really hard to offer the best service we can according to our size). Courier expenses, customs and any other costs that might occur for the returned product are payable by the customer.
Sales Section Products
Items purchased from the Sales Section are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for other sale products. Any price difference between items is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered products within:
- 7 working days (Orders from Greece)
- 14 working days (International Orders)
Exchanges can be made for a different size, a different variation (upon request), or another product of equal or greater value.
Please note: Return shipping costs, customs fees, and any other expenses related to the exchange are payable by the customer.
Refund Policy
If you would like a refund, products must be returned to our offices within:
- 7 days (Orders from Greece)
- 14 days (International Orders)
Interbank transaction costs are shared equally between the customer and the company.
Incorrect or Defective Items
In the rare case that Ofilias sends an incorrect or defective item, we will take full responsibility for replacing the product and covering all shipping costs.
