In these Terms & Conditions, the terms “OFILIA’S”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business identified above. The terms “customer” and “you” refer to any person visiting or purchasing products through our online store.

2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the OFILIA’S online store and purchases made through it.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read the information provided during the ordering process and agree to the applicable contractual terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Greek and European Union law.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, materials and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

Actual colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and device characteristics.

If a product description contains an error or a product differs materially from what was ordered, please contact us using the details provided in Section 1.

Product availability may change. If we cannot fulfil an order after it has been accepted, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before the customer completes the order.

We reserve the right to update product prices prospectively. Any price change will not affect an order already confirmed, except where a correction is legally justified and handled in accordance with applicable law.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include payment by credit card or paypal.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement confirming that your order has been received.

An acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. The contract is formed when  AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL IS SENT.

We reserve the right to contact you if information is incomplete, a payment cannot be authorised or an apparent technical or pricing error requires clarification.

Any cancellation or refusal of an order will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and any payment collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded as required.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered to the destinations available at checkout.

  • Processing time: 1-3 days for ready made products. If you wish to contact us for a custom made order you will be notified for the processing time of your item then.

  • Estimated delivery times: 1-4 days

  • Shipping costs: differs according to destination. For orders more than 100€ shipping costs in Greece are free and for orders more than 250€ shipping costs abroad are free.

  • Delivery provider: Geniki Taxydromiki, DHL

Delivery estimates are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. We will inform customers of material delays where required.

The customer’s statutory rights concerning delayed delivery, non-delivery and non-conforming products remain unaffected.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing products online generally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, receive the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.

The right of withdrawal applies to eligible discounted and sale products in the same way as to full-price products.

Unless an applicable statutory exception applies, you must send the products back without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after informing us of your withdrawal.

The products must not be handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Any legally permitted reduction in value will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.

8. Legal Guarantees and Defective Products

Products are covered by the mandatory legal rights and remedies applicable to non-conforming or defective goods.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, these rights may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund.

These rights are separate from the right of withdrawal and are not excluded merely because a product was purchased at a discount.
