Cut out dress

This dress has artful tailoring and is made from 100% woven cotton fabric. This one piece offers a halter neck top and a flaired puffed skirt. On the waist height the dress creates a small opening on each side. Featuring a self tie belt, back zip closure and midi length this is an original style.
